Yes. When you choose Akenify managed hosting, the agreed standard migration from an eligible older Akeneo installation is included without a separate migration fee. We confirm the existing version, data, integrations, and customizations before work begins.

The target is the latest appropriate Akeneo Community Edition version for the agreed migration path. We assess the current installation first because older versions can require intermediate upgrade steps or compatibility work before the final cutover.

The standard scope can include technical assessment, migration planning, target environment preparation, application and data transfer, validation support, and coordinated production cutover. The final included scope is documented before migration starts.

We review every custom bundle for compatibility with the target Akeneo version. If a bundle must be adapted, refactored, or rebuilt, a small additional cost may apply to that custom work. Any cost is explained and approved before implementation begins.
